The native wild form of this easy and very useful evergreen fern. Strap shaped, long undivided fronds giving the plant it's common name Hart's (deer) Tongue fern. Grows better on alkaline to neutral soils. Happy in damp shade but also in dry shade once established. This fern works brilliantly with other ferns, hostas and bergenias.

syn Geranium mac. 'White Ness'. An easy, hardy, evergreen Geranium. Very good in dry shade. Forms good ground cover with fragrant foliage. Pure white flowers over most of the Summer starting in late May. This is a pure albino with no hint of pink in the calyx or flower.

The native golden scale male fern, tough and quite large growing. To 1m tall if not too dry. It will take very cold, dry situations and rather thrive on neglect once established. New fronds in Spring have golden russet scales which glow in the sunlight. Semi-evergreen.
